Shipping
We offer both standard shipping and express shipping with DHL and generally deliver to most countries.
The shipping costs depend on the shipping method and your delivery address. Within Germany, we ship with DHL and completely free of charge for you 🙂
How quickly your order arrives depends on your location and the selected shipping method. Within Germany, you can expect 2-4 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot make a general statement for international shipments.
Yes, you can track your parcel. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking number by email. Tracking may become active after up to 24 hours.
Returns
Conscious consumption is important to us - but returns are possible at any time. If your products are in their original packaging and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Scratched and obviously used goods cannot be refunded. We ask for your understanding. In order to promote sustainable consumption and avoid returns as far as possible, we ask for your understanding that as a young company we are currently unable to cover the costs of returns.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.
1. Anmeldung: Schreibe uns eine kurze E-Mail an hello@milene.shop mit dem Betreff "Retoure - [Deine Bestellnummer]". Bitte nenne uns im Text kurz die Artikel, die du zurückgeben möchtest.
2.Verpacken: Lege die Artikel (am besten im Originalkarton) ins Paket. Achte bitte darauf, dass die Ware unbeschädigt und im Originalzustand ist.
3. Beilegzettel: Damit wir deine Rücksendung schnell zuordnen können, lege bitte entweder den Lieferschein oder einen Zettel mit deinem Namen und der Bestellnummer in das Paket.
4. Versand: Bring das Paket zu einem Versandanbieter deiner Wahl (z.B. DHL, Hermes, DPD). Bewahre den Einlieferungsbeleg bitte gut auf, bis wir deine Retoure bestätigt haben.
5. Rückerstattung: Sobald deine Rücksendung bei uns eingetroffen ist und geprüft wurde, erstatten wir dir den Betrag innerhalb von 7–10 Werktagen über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode zurück.

Bags: To keep your Milène bag looking good, wipe it carefully with a soft, dry cloth and store it away from light in the dust bag. If the bag gets damp, carefully dab it dry and allow it to air dry. Do not hang the bag up for long periods of time to preserve the shape of the strap.silk accessories: Preserve the beauty of your silk accessory by carefully unknotting it and storing it horizontally. Protect it from rain and harmful substances. If necessary, have it professionally cleaned.
Our bags are designed in Munich and lovingly handcrafted in Italy by a small, traditional family business. We pay attention to the highest standards in labour safety, fair payment along the entire supply chain and environmentally conscious production, which is particularly important to us - for high-quality products with responsibility.
Bags: Our handbags are made from carefully selected, high-quality materials. For the leather, we work exclusively with Italian tanneries that adhere to strict EU standards and are certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). All other materials, from inner lining to metal components, are also sourced transparently in Italy to ensure the highest quality and durability.silk accessories: Our silk accessories come from a family-run business in the Como region of Italy. We only use 100% pure silk to guarantee the highest quality and elegance.
