Our mission is to empower women with our products and offer as many women as possible the chance to get real craftsmanship at a fair price. That is why we have decided to operate as a direct-to-consumer brand. This means:
We sell our bags directly to you, without middlemen, without expensive flagship stores and without inflated luxury mark-ups. The price of a luxury bag is often disproportionate to the actual material or production costs.
While customers of designer brands pay a lot of money for image, staging and artificial exclusivity - we want to think luxury differently. Not exclusivity at any price, but access to value and honest quality.
With Milène, you are not investing in a logo or an unapproachable status symbol, but in design, materials and genuine Italian craftsmanship and in yourself.
As a young brand we manufacture our products in small production quantities. This opens up many positive possibilities for us:
- Limited editions: every bag remains something special. You are not wearing a mass-produced product, but a unique item with its own serial number.
- More control: We can monitor every bag from start to finish, check it and ensure that it meets our standards.
- Flexibility in design: We can react more quickly, implement small adjustments or bring new ideas into production.
- No overproduction: We only produce small quantities and thus avoid surpluses that otherwise often end up in the warehouse or even in the rubbish bin in the fashion industry.
All of this is combined in every product - and makes every Milène bag something very special.
